Sales Process
We would like your shopping experience with us to be all as it should be, so please take a few moments to read the following information with regard to our sales process.

for your carpet that they are accurate as mistakes in measuring cannot be attributed to us. If in doubt, please consult your local carpet fitter.
Order
You can place your order by using our online form, email, fax, letter or telephone.
Order Confirmation
Your order will be confirmed by an email from us containing your details, the details of your order and a picture of your requested tartan in .gif format. If there are any discrepancies you must inform us immediately so that we may rectify this before continuing with the order.
Payment
Full payment must be received before we can dispach any part of your order. Payment is accepted online, by cheque, credit/debit card, bank transfer. Bank charges incurred at the receiving bank will be accepted by us. All other charges relating to payments made in currency other than pounds sterling will be borne by the customer.
Manufacture
All carpets are manufactured in our own Weaving and Production plant using only the highest quality British yarns and backing materials.
Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 6 - 8 weeks of your order confirmation.
